Neapolitan Protein Smoothie

Not only is the Neapolitan protein smoothie pretty to look at, it also tastes amazing! Everyone that knows me, knows that I am a protein smoothie nut. I usually add some supplements to my smoothie because I find that it helps to give me all the nutrients that I need, keeps me nourished and alert with my busy schedule and it helps to keep my hunger at bay which prevents me from unnecessary snacking. Those are all pretty important things!
- 1 Cup frozen strawberries
- 1 Cup milk or milk alternative
- 1/2 Scoop fermented vegan proteins+, Vanilla flavour
