I can't believe that people actually like the taste of this stuff. I bought it in a grocery store (at a much higher price than it seems to cost on-line) and tried to get it down as it says, mixed in water, and found it the most disgusting tasting thing that I've ever tried to swallow. After that, I mixed it into a flavoured drink - still almost impossible to drink. I tried plugging my nose the next time - a little easier, but not much. I've pretty much given up on it. A very expensive mistake.

I mix a scoop in half a cup of warm water in late afternoon for a quick, healthy, delicious snack. It's good for me, and sure beats a sugary, salty empty calorie snack.

I am very satisfied What I don’t like is to review each month because I buy them each month and I am very tired to write review each time. If I didn’t like them I would not buy them each month.

There are tons of probiotics on the market but not as many pre-biotics. I loved the taste of this one and how it made me feel everyday, especially in combination with the Genuine Health women's prebiotic.
