Mais au-delà de son goût et de son beau look, ce smoothie vous fournit une bonne dose des bons gras de l’avocat et du lait de coco, tandis que la mangue et l’épinard procurent une puissante dose de nutriments au rôle alcalinisant, de vitamines et d’éléments riches en minéraux. Et sa mesure de délicieuses protéines+ biologiques végétaliennes fermentées se charge d’alimenter votre matinée, avec 20 grammes de protéines fermentées de sources multiples.

Ingrédients :
1 à 2 tasses de boisson de coco
1 tasse mangue congelée
