Can I take this I have arthritis?
Yes! This product is great for those suffering from osteoarthritis. fast joint care with NEM® & turmeric reduces inflammation and supports the joints.

Why do you use 2 forms of turmeric?
We wanted to increase the anti-inflammatory benefits that turmeric provides by including not 1 but 2 forms of turmeric- fermented turmeric and a standardized turmeric extract.
Fermenting foods improves polyphenol absorption, more specifically curcumin (the anti-inflammatory component of the turmeric spice). Turmeric extract provides a concentrated dose of the active ingredient, curcumin to deliver a potent dose of turmeric which aids in absorption.
Can you take fast joint care with NEM® & turmeric if you are on blood thinners?
Turmeric may further enhance the effect of blood thinners. We recommend you consult a health care practitioner if you are on antiplatelet medication or blood thinners.
Is there any circumstance one would take a higher dose of NEM®?
There is no research beyond 500 mg, anything taken over and above we don't have conclusive data on the benefits.
Is it safe to take with over-the-counter anti-inflammatory drugs?
Yes! We recommend you taking joint relief/joint recovery a few hours away from any prescription or over-the-counter medications.
