Vegetaliennes au chocolat gaufres

Ingredients:
2 ¼ tasses de lait d’amandes ou de noisettes au chocolat ½ c. à thé de vinaigre 2 c. à thé de vanille ¼ tasse d’huile de noix de coco fondue (ou liquide) 1 ½ tasse de farine de blé entier (ou d’un substitut de farine au choix) 1 c. à table de fécule de maïs 2 mesures de fermented organic vegan proteins+ chocolate ½ tasse de cacao ¼ tasse de sucre de canne ou de coco 1 c. à table de levure chimique 1 c. à thé de bicarbonate de soude 1 pincée de sel marin
Directions:
Faire chauffer le gaufrier. Dans un bol moyen, mélanger à l’aide d’un fouet la farine, la fécule de maïs, fermented vegan proteins+, le cacao, le sucre, la levure chimique, le bicarbonate de soude et le sel. Dans un autre bol, mélanger la boisson non laitière, le vinaigre, la vanille et l’huile de noix de coco. Ajouter les ingrédients liquides aux ingrédients secs en les mélangeant à l’aide d’un fouet jusqu’à ce qu’ils y soient à peine incorporés. Vaporiser le gaufrier d’huile et faire cuire les gaufres en suivant le mode d’emploi du fabricant. Si désiré, servir avec de la crème de coco fouettée, du sirop d’érable et des baies fraîches.
