Adults: Take 1 capsule per day.

Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days.
If you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment), do not use this product.
Have been taking this for three weeks now. Feeling a little better but am thinking I would need another months use to be able to give an honest review. I will be ordering another months worth.

Great product but I think I prefer the Women’s probiotics better
Have been taking this for three weeks now. Feeling a little better but am thinking I would need another months use to be able to give an honest review. I will be ordering another months worth.
