Wonder Supplement!
I began taking Fast Joint Recovery with NEM approximately 1-2 years ago. Prior to that I was taking a Genuine Health supplement for arthritis that's since been discontinued. HOWEVER, this works just as well - if not better! Although they're saying here that "There is no research beyond 500 mg, anything taken over and above we don't have conclusive data on the benefits", maybe I should be the first case. I've been taking 2 pills daily - usually in the evenings - for my arthritic knees. This product is a Godsend - it really does work. It's the best supplement I've ever found for arthritis. Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM and combinations thereof just aggravated my arthritis and made it so much worse. Turmeric doesn't work for me either. I'm SO GLAD I found this product!!! I highly recommend it.

Genuine Health Fast Joint Recovery works well for me
I have been using Genuine Health's Fast Join Recovery with NEM (Egg shell membrane) for several years .Combined with Glucosamine Sulphate and Chondroitin, I went from barely able to walk to no further arthritis issues - and very quicky (within 3 days) noticed a difference.
I’m very impressed with this product. I take it at night before bedtime and it has really helped decrease and eliminate some of the aches and pains of the day!
