Lower, daily dosages of creatine supplementation (i.e. 3-5 g/day) are effective for increasing intramuscular creatine stores, muscle performance and recovery. Accumulating evidence indicates that you do not have to ‘load’ creatine to see beneficial results. Our fermented BCAA+ creatine contains 5g of creatine.

Cycling or loading creatine means alternating between periods of using and not using a creatine supplement.
Example Creatine Cycle:
Week 1: Loading Phase—20 grams of creatine monohydrate per day.
Weeks 2-7: Maintenance Phase—3-5 grams of creatine monohydrate per day.
Weeks 8-11: "Off" Phase—No supplemental creatine intake
There is limited research whether cycling provides additional benefits.¹
Instead, what the research does show, is similar positive effects with low daily dosages, and no significant harms or benefit to long term usage.²
If you want to cycle it you can, but overall, there is no research proven added benefit!
