I have been using Genuine Health's Fast Join Recovery with NEM (Egg shell membrane) for several years .Combined with Glucosamine Sulphate and Chondroitin, I went from barely able to walk to no further arthritis issues - and very quicky (within 3 days) noticed a difference.

This is the best! Not only for me but also my dog. My dog was on a prescription that had bad side effects and wasn't getting rid of her limp. Checked the ingredients of FJR with my vet and after getting the okay, I gave my dog one pill. She has not limped since then. So it's not only good for people it's good for dogs! My dog weighs 35 kilos and has one pill a day.
