Recommended Use: Take daily to help build lean muscle in combination with regular weight training and a healthy, balanced diet.
Adult Dosage: Mix 1 scoop (31 g) into 1 cup (250 mL) of your beverage of choice. Take one serving daily, away from medications. For prolonged use consult a health care practitioner.

A bit too sweet….
It is an ok product but I found it really far too sweet and I would love to see protein powders including this one without the collection of gums in it. Most of these gums are used for thicken things and to be honest I don’t need to have a thicken agent in my protein powder, yes there are a few health benefits but for me I would love to see less gums in these products.
I trust this company and know I can count on the ingredient quality. Only, critique is when I ordered they had run out of the Omega 3, which is a little frustrating when you want to take advantage of free shipping.
