What is the difference between a whey protein isolate and concentrate? Which one is considered better?
Whey concentrate powder consists of less than 90% protein. Whey isolate powder consists of 90% or more protein and has lower lactose content. Therefore, whey isolate includes a higher quality protein source than whey concentrate.

There are 20 amino acids, of which 9 are essential (meaning we can't make them in our bodies and need to get them from our diets). This can be hard to achieve consistently in our daily lives. Love the product, but they are often on back order making delivery of regular supplies very frustrating. I will have to make decisions about other supplier alternatives. I prefer to stick with Genuine Health products, but if I continue to find, “Out of Stock”, messages I will look elsewhere.

Daily into yogurt is such a delicious and satisfying breakfast (berries and walnuts optional)! We also make a daily shake with the vanilla. Recommend! :)
