  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 4 tbsp psyllium seed husk (or 3 tbsp psyllium husk powder)
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1 tsp sea salt
