½ tasse de noix de cajou crues ½ tasse de noix de coco râpée non sucrée 2 c. à table de farine de noix de coco 1 mesure de fermented organic vegan proteins+ unflavoured 1 ½ c. à thé de poudre de Matcha 2 c. à table d’eau 2 c. à table de sirop d’érable 1 c. à table d’huile de noix de coco fondue ¼ tasse de pistaches hachées
Directions:
Passez les noix de cajou, la noix de coco râpée, la farine de noix de coco, fermented organic vegan proteins+ unflavoured et la poudre de Matcha au robot culinaire jusqu’à réduire le tout en petits morceaux. Ajouter l’eau, le sirop d’érable et l’huile de noix de coco. Mélanger les ingrédients au robot.Façonner des boules de pâte. Bien enrober des garnitures souhaitées. Réfrigérer pendant 2 heures jusqu’à ce que la pâte soit prise.
