A bit of an acquired taste but really like it now

Never arrived

I don't like adding negative reviews on products that I actually like. I order this product regularly and enjoy it but the last shipment never showed up even though tracking says 'delivered'. Now I have to wait in limbo for the canada post 'investigation' to finish. I don't think the customer should have to be the victim waiting here. so 1 star based on company policy of not just re-sending or refunding.
